Health, safety and environment (HSE) considerations are vital to every organisation. Moreover, HSE requirements in the workplace are laid down in a range of laws, regulations and guidelines.

The employer has the primary responsibility for providing a suitable, safe working environment – and for ensuring sufficient training. This course aims to provide you with the baseline knowledge to be able to manage HSE challenges in your daily work.

Dette kurset tilfredsstiller kravet satt i § 7 i Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av elektriske anlegg – FSE, til at relevant personell skal gis årlig opplæring og instruksjon innen FSE. Kurset innholder all førstehjelpsteori med fokus på strømskader som regelverket tilsier. Kurset inneholder også opplæring og instruksjon innen førstehjelp med fokus på strømskader, med unntak av hjerte-lungeredning (HLR) som du trenger praktisk øvelse i.

De forskjellige myndigheters regelverk trekker inn FSE som gjeldende for alle som jobber med strøm enten du jobber på skip, plattform, eller på land. Dette kurset passer for alle, uansett hvilken bransje du jobber i. 

Gjennom hele kurset fokuseres det på holdninger og den enkeltes ansvar til å følge regelverket. FSE-opplæring handler om å tilegne seg kunnskap om forskriften, og det er viktig å forstå hvorfor vi har dette regelverket. Å lykkes med å få den enkelte til å forstå viktigheten av å jobbe sikkert, er avgjørende for at elsikkerheten utvikler seg i riktig retning og at antall ulykker reduseres. 

Myndighetene krever at opplæring i FSE og førstehjelp ved ulykker forårsaket av elektrisk strøm gjennomføres minst en gang i året. Det skal ikke være mer enn 12 måneder mellom hver opplæring.

Denne fast track-versjonen av FSE-kurset starter med en pre-test som sjekker deltakerens kunnskaper om FSE. Avhengig av resultatet fra pre-testen, vil deltakeren få et FSE-kurs som er tilpasset kunnskapsnivået som blir avdekket i pre-testen. Kurs med fast track passer for alle, men er særlig egnet for de som skal repetere sin FSE-opplæring.

Dette kurset er laget for å gjøre virksomheter og alle ansatte kommer i kontakt med personopplysninger oppmerksom på den nye personvernforordningen (GDPR – 2018). Kurset gir en oversikt over definisjoner, enkeltindividers rettigheter og virksomheters forpliktelser.

Vi går gjennom de geografiske områdene, og beskriver de generelle kravene for tekniske løsninger og administrative rutiner for at virksomheten skal være GDPR-compliant. Lær i tillegg hvordan sikkerhetsbrudd skal håndteres, dersom de skulle oppstå. Kursinnholdet er utviklet i samarbeid med Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS.

I begynnelsen av kurset kan du ta en pre-test, hvor du får mulighet til å vise dine kunnskaper. Består du pre-testen, behøver du ikke gå gjennom hele kurset.

Obligatorisk arbeidsmiljøopplæring for verneombud og tillitsvalgte gjennomført som e-læring. E-læringen skal kombineres med en samlingsdel som gjennomføres bedriftsinternt eller i regi av ekstern virksomhet.

Kurset gir grunnleggende arbeidsmiljøopplæring i tråd med hovedavtalen mellom LO og NHO.

Du blir tatt med på en reise i bedriften HelMax Systemer AS sin arbeidshverdag og møter ansatte i ulike situasjoner og utfordringer knyttet til helse, miljø og sikkerhet.

Film og interaktive øvelser gjør kurset lærerikt og engasjerende. 

Det er lagt inn innledende tester til hver av modulene slik at du kan konsentrere deg om de temaene du ikke har nok kunnskap om.

Klasseromsundervisning

Den bedriftsinterne samlingen kan utføres og organiseres av bedriften selv eller i samarbeid med Mintra/Norsk Industri. Hvis Mintra/Norsk Industri skal gjennomføre samlingen, kreves det minimum 10 påmeldte.

Hvis bedriften selv ønsker å gjennomføre en samling som relaterer innholdet til bedriftens egne rutiner og forhold, vil Mintra bistå med dokumenter og informasjon som beskriver aktivitetene i forbindelse med samlingen.

Kurset har fokus på forebygging av fallende gjenstander og bruker Samarbeid for sikkerhet sin siste revisjon av håndboken i anbefaling 024 (rev. 4 2018) som retningsgivende. Gjennom økt forståelse for begrepet fallende gjenstander, bruk av praktiske verktøy, hjelpemidler og metoder er intensjonen at kursdeltakere skal være mer observant for dette i sin arbeidshverdag. Denne revisjonen er utgitt 24-02-20.

Arbeidsmiljøloven §3-5 forplikter arbeidsgiver og bedriftsledere å gjennomgå opplæring i HMS. Dette kurset tilfredsstiller arbeidsmiljølovens krav til HMS-opplæring for øverste leder.

Kurset inneholder følgende moduler:

Dette er et kurs innen elektriske installasjoner i eksplosjonsfarlige områder. Målet med kurset er at de som skal arbeide i eksplosjonsfarlige områder, kan utføre arbeidet på en sikker og god måte.

Kurset dekker de kravene som stilles til personell som arbeider i eksplosjonsfarlige områder. Teorien er hentet fra CENELEC og IEC sine normer.

Ved hjelp av tekst, bilder, video, animasjoner og 3D blir man bedre kjent med eksplosjonsfarlige områder og deres særtrekk.

Hensikten med kurset er å introdusere prosessen for endringsstyring.

Etter fullført kurs skal brukeren kunne:

Who is this course for?

This FSE High and Low Voltage Training course is suitable for everyone working on low and high voltage installations.

Is previous experience required?

You do not need prior knowledge or experience to complete this course, but it is assumed that you are competent in your designated role.

How will this course benefit me?

The course meets the requirements set in Section 7 of the ‘Safety Regulations for Work and Operation of Electrical Equipment and Installations – FSE’ which is that all relevant personnel undertake annual training and instruction in FSE. The course also provides the necessary training and instruction in first aid, focusing on electrical injuries, with the exception of the mandatory practical training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The regulations of various authorities make FSE applicable to all those working with electricity, whether on board ship, on platforms or on land. This course is suitable for all, regardless of which industry you work in.

The authorities require that training in FSE and first aid in the event of electrical accidents is undertaken at least once a year. No more than 12 months shall elapse between training courses.

Fallsikringskurs er et grunnleggende kurs for alle som jobber i høyden.

I kurset gis det en oversikt over lover og regler som er knyttet til fallsikring. Det snakkes også om passivt og aktivt fallsikringsutstyr og om førstehjelp ved fall.
