Dette kurset kombinerer selvstudie med e-læring, samtidig som man samles i klasserom og går igjennom praktiske demonstrasjoner og eksempler.
Dette kurset er laget for personell som er involvert i å organisere og/eller utføre: planlegging, installasjon, inspeksjon og vedlikehold av Ex utstyr. Kurspakken vil gi deltakerne en innføring og repetisjon av disse temaene i henhold til relevante deler av IEC 60079-standarden. (NEK EN 60079-standarder)

Presentation 

This training course provides general information about welding of aluminium structures. It contains an introduction to aluminium properties and describe the main issues regarding weldability of aluminium and its alloys. 

Objectives 

On completion of the training, students will be able to: 

Know the properties of aluminium and its alloys comparing to steel 

Understand the issues regarding weldability of aluminium alloys 

Recognize the main problems that can arise during design and production of aluminium ship’s structures 

Know the suitable welding processes for joining of aluminium ship hull

Kurset er laget for personell som skal ha en innføring i arbeider i potensielt eksplosjonsfarlige områder, merking, utstyr og krav som stilles. Deltakerne vil få en innføring i henhold til relevante deler av NEK 420 , IEC 60079-standarden (NEK EN 60079-standarder) samt nasjonale tilpasninger.

This training course describes the various elements of the ship's structure, the loads acting on the structure and the required strength of the ship's structure to sustain such loads.

Objectives

On completion of the training, students will be able to:

Know the typical structural arrangements of different ship types. Understand stiffened panels as the fundamental structural units in ship structures and know the different framing systems used in ship construction

Know the different types of loads acting on the ship's structure and understand the static sea pressure and the wave induced dynamic sea pressure. Understand the concept of net loading on the ship's structure, shear forces and bending moments. Get familiar with fatigue loads

Understand the stresses on ship's structure including longitudinal stresses on hull girder, stresses on primary supporting structure and local stresses and the strength of the ships structure. Get familiar with fatigue strength and understand the corrosion and the net scantling approach.

Hensikt: Hensikten med opplæringen er å gi personell som arbeider med sikring av last en grunnopplæring i lastsikring og brukerkontroll av lastbærere.

Kurset tilfredsstiller kravet om dokumentert opplæring i Forskrift om utførelse av arbeid best. nr. 703, Norsok R-003N og NOG 116, og gjennomføres med teori og praksis etter opplæringsplan O-2.6.

Kurset består av 4 timer teoretisk e-læring og 16 timer praktisk opplæring i klasserom/praksislokaler.

Den praktiske opplæringen avsluttes med en praktisk prøve som skal sikre at hver deltaker har tilegnet seg tilstrekkelige kunnskaper om:
