Target group:

Personnel working in or supporting offshore decommissioning, including project, engineering, marine, heavy-lift, commercial, procurement, logistics, materials management, safety and operations teams. The course is also relevant to contractors, consultants and other personnel involved in planning or delivering topsides removal campaigns.

Description:

This course introduces the key technical, commercial and operational
considerations involved in planning and delivering offshore topsides removal
campaigns. Learners will build awareness of removal methodology selection,
contract strategy, materials inventories, and offshore execution activities.
The course also enables learners to recognise how experience and lessons
from previous removal projects can inform planning, reduce risk and support
safe, efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
