Personnel working in or supporting offshore decommissioning, including project, structural, subsea, marine, heavy-lift, demolition, logistics, materials management, environmental and safety teams. The course is also relevant to contractors, consultants and other personnel involved in planning, risk management or delivery of substructure removal and onshore dismantling activities

Description:

This video based course introduces the key technical, operational and logistical
considerations involved in substructure removal and onshore demolition as part
of offshore decommissioning.
Learners will build awareness of jacket removal planning, subsea cutting and
lifting techniques, key hazards and project risks, and the onshore activities
required to dismantle offshore structures safely.
The course also covers front-running activities, downsizing, materials
management and lessons learned from previous projects, helping learners
recognise how effective planning and execution can reduce risk and support
safe, efficient and environmentally responsible project delivery.
