Dette kurset tilfredsstiller kravet satt i § 7 i Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av elektriske anlegg – FSE, til at relevant personell skal gis årlig opplæring og instruksjon innen FSE. Kurset innholder all førstehjelpsteori med fokus på strømskader som regelverket tilsier. Kurset inneholder også opplæring og instruksjon innen førstehjelp med fokus på strømskader, med unntak av hjerte-lungeredning (HLR) som du trenger praktisk øvelse i.

De forskjellige myndigheters regelverk trekker inn FSE som gjeldende for alle som jobber med strøm enten du jobber på skip, plattform, eller på land. Dette kurset passer for alle, uansett hvilken bransje du jobber i. 

Gjennom hele kurset fokuseres det på holdninger og den enkeltes ansvar til å følge regelverket. FSE-opplæring handler om å tilegne seg kunnskap om forskriften, og det er viktig å forstå hvorfor vi har dette regelverket. Å lykkes med å få den enkelte til å forstå viktigheten av å jobbe sikkert, er avgjørende for at elsikkerheten utvikler seg i riktig retning og at antall ulykker reduseres. 

Myndighetene krever at opplæring i FSE og førstehjelp ved ulykker forårsaket av elektrisk strøm gjennomføres minst en gang i året. Det skal ikke være mer enn 12 måneder mellom hver opplæring.

Denne fast track-versjonen av FSE-kurset starter med en pre-test som sjekker deltakerens kunnskaper om FSE. Avhengig av resultatet fra pre-testen, vil deltakeren få et FSE-kurs som er tilpasset kunnskapsnivået som blir avdekket i pre-testen. Kurs med fast track passer for alle, men er særlig egnet for de som skal repetere sin FSE-opplæring. Who is this course for?

This FSE High and Low Voltage Training course is suitable for everyone working on low and high voltage installations.

Is previous experience required?

You do not need prior knowledge or experience to complete this course, but it is assumed that you are competent in your designated role.

How will this course benefit me?

The course meets the requirements set in Section 7 of the ‘Safety Regulations for Work and Operation of Electrical Equipment and Installations – FSE’ which is that all relevant personnel undertake annual training and instruction in FSE. The course also provides the necessary training and instruction in first aid, focusing on electrical injuries, with the exception of the mandatory practical training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The regulations of various authorities make FSE applicable to all those working with electricity, whether on board ship, on platforms or on land. This course is suitable for all, regardless of which industry you work in.

The authorities require that training in FSE and first aid in the event of electrical accidents is undertaken at least once a year. No more than 12 months shall elapse between training courses.

Kurset gir økt bevissthet rundt støyproblematikk. Hensikten med kurset er å forhindre støyinduserte hørselsskader.

Kurset skal få deg til å forstå hva høy lyd og støy kan føre til. Det skal også gi deg kunnskap om hvordan du kan verne deg mot støyen på riktig måte og hvorfor akkurat det er så viktig.

Kursinnhold

- Vise hvordan det kan være å ha en hørselsskade

- Vise hvordan hørselsskader kan oppstå

- Forklare at en støyskade er permanent

- Forklare sammenhengen mellom eksponeringstid og støynivå

- Vise hvorfor det er viktig å bruke hørselsvern, og ikke minst bruke det riktig.

Kurset bygger på gjeldende forskrifter og regelverk for arbeid i områder hvor det er risiko for å bli utsatt for helseskadelig støy.

Piratvirksomhet og væpnet ran har i økende grad blitt en reell trussel for sjømenn om bord skip og flyttbare enheter. På bakgrunn av dette har det nå kommet krav om sikkerhetsopplæring for alle sjømenn om bord på skip eller flyttbare enheter som er gjeldende fra 1. januar 2014 (ifølge ISPS koden).

Opplæringen i Ship Security Awareness er godkjent av Sjøfartsdirektoratet og skjer i samarbeid mellom Mintra Trainingportal og kunde.

Selve opplæringen består av et e-læringskurs samt fullføring av elementer beskrevet i en sjekkliste som gjøres om bord. Godkjente instruktører hos kunden, skal kvittere for sjekklisten for student.

Når opplæringen er fullført utstedes et sertifikat av Sjøfartsdirektoratet.

Kurset har som mål å redusere antall branner forårsaket av varmt arbeid og forbedre kunnskapen om brannrisiko under varmt arbeid.
