This course aims to provide learners with an understanding of the hazards associated with exposure to asbestos. It will also identify where asbestos may be found, how it can potentially affect your heath, and what you need to do to protect yourself from exposure.

I § 7 i ”Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av elektriske anlegg – FSE” er det satt krav til at relevant personell skal gis årlig opplæring og instruksjon innen FSE. Gjennom dette e-læringskurset gjennomgår du kravene i forskriften slik at du får opplæring og instruksjon i FSE. Kurset fokuserer på sikkerhet ved arbeid i lavspenningsanlegg offshore.

Kurset gir også opplæring og instruksjon innen førstehjelp, med unntak av hjerte-lungeredning. I henhold til § 7 i FSE, skal opplæring i FSE og førstehjelp gjennomføres minst en gang i året.

For å imøtekomme kravet om å kunne yte førstehjelp ved strømulykker, må man årlig gjennomføre en praktisk øvelse i HLR (munn- til munn og hjertekompresjon).

Kurset består av ulike temaer som inneholder informasjon om både forebygging av el-ulykker og rutiner ved ulykker, samt teoretisk førstehjelp. Det skal bidra til å unngå skader på mennesker, utstyr og anlegg.

Vi gransker og undersøker for å lære, iverksette forebyggende tiltak og forhindre gjentakelse av uønskede hendelser. Å granske en hendelse er som å skrelle en løk. Vi starter med de direkte årsakene som er de mest synlige. For å komme til bunns i hendelsene må vi avdekke "lag på lag" hvilke andre årsaker som ligger bak. Den teknologiske utviklingen, og ikke minst nye organisasjonsformer, fører til at kompleksiteten øker og det blir vanskeligere å forstå sammenhengen mellom hendelsen og de bakenforliggende årsakene til hendelsen.
