Dette kurset er laget for å gjøre hele arbeidsstyrken oppmerksom på den nye personvernforordningen (GDPR –  2018).  Vi vil gjøre personalet kjent med enkeltindividers rettigheter og virksomheters forpliktelser.

Lær hva som er de geografiske områdene, og forstå konsekvensene av uønsket deling av personopplysninger. Lær hvordan sikkerhetsbrudd skal  håndteres, dersom de skulle oppstå. Kursinnholdet er utviklet i samarbeid med Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS.

How will this course benefit me?

The Code of Conduct course provides an overview of the common values that govern responsible corporate practice and personal behaviour in a company. The course will identify the responsibilities of employees and our common responsibilities toward each other in the workplace. You will learn about applicable laws on human rights, equality, discrimination and corruption. During the course, you will be asked to make your own decisions in relevant dilemmas involving sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination and corruption.

By ensuring you are aware of the common values that goven responsible corporate practice and personal behaviour in a company.

What standards are referred to in this course?

This course does not refer to specific legislation or standards but is written according to industry best practice.

Is there an assessment?

Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.

The course also identifies the human rights that are at risk of infringement in the work environment, and you will be aware of the global presence of modern-day slavery. During the course, you will be asked to make your own decisions in relevant dilemmas involving environmental criminality, corruption and breaches of labour rights.

Dette kurset er laget for å gjøre virksomheter og alle ansatte kommer i kontakt med personopplysninger oppmerksom på den nye personvernforordningen (GDPR – 2018). Kurset gir en oversikt over definisjoner, enkeltindividers rettigheter og virksomheters forpliktelser.

Vi går gjennom de geografiske områdene, og beskriver de generelle kravene for tekniske løsninger og administrative rutiner for at virksomheten skal være GDPR-compliant. Lær i tillegg hvordan sikkerhetsbrudd skal håndteres, dersom de skulle oppstå. Kursinnholdet er utviklet i samarbeid med Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS.

Hensikten med kurset er å gi relevant personell den kunnskapen som kreves for å forstå farer og risiko involvert ved bruk av slipeskiver.

Etter fullført kurs skal brukeren kunne:
- Hva som menes med begrepet slipeskive
- Kravene som gjelder ved bruk av vinkelsliper (slipeskiver)
- Gi eksempler på ulike typer slipeskiver
- Vite hvordan en vinkelsliper fungerer
- Vite betydningen av å bruke vakter under slipeoperasjoner
- Kravene knyttet til bærbare og håndholdte slipemaskiner
- Forklare de viktigste farene ved slipearbeid
- Gi eksempler på vanlige problemer ved bruk av vinkelsliper
- Kravene til personlig verneutstyr ved bruk av vinkelsliper
- Sikkerhetstiltak som må være på plass ved operasjoner som innebærer bruk av vinkelsliper

The main idea behind the course is that knowledge about and reflection on what to do makes us feel more confident and able to make informed choices.  In a public area or at work, are you aware of what the premises look like, and how you can evacuate if a situation should occur? In order of priority you should act in this way; Run, Hide, Fight!

The course describes these guidelines in more details and also allows the user to reflect upon various aspects of an armed attack.
