The course consists of nine mandatory units, each unit starts with an optional pre-assessment that checks existing knowledge. At the end of the pre-assessment, you will have either completed the unit or you will be presented with the content associated with the identified knowledge gaps. After this content review, an assessment featuring a new set of questions for the outstanding knowledge gaps, will be presented for completion. Each unit has a pass mark of 100% with unlimited attempts to complete. Once a unit is complete, the next unit will be unlocked. Completion of all nine units will generate your IMIST-F OPITO certificate automatically. The certificate is valid for four years, after which you will need to sit the course again to refresh your knowledge and earn a new certificate.
