This Crude Oil Washing (COW) Operation Training course is aimed at Deck and Engine Officers and cargo crew involved in line-ups and stripping operations on board, as well as shore-based personnel including Marine and Cargo Superintendents, Designated Persons Ashore (DPAs), HSQE and Vetting Officers.
