This course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills required for persons employed as Offshore Helideck Assistants, and whom are required to assist the HLO conduct safe Helideck Operations
Description:
Training will involve both theoretical and practical elements in correct, safe, best practices when working on an offshore helideck and will be carried out by suitably qualified instructors., Preparation for helicopter landing
Preparation for helicopter departure
Preparation of freight for loading
Unloading & loading of baggage passengers & freight
Assist with the preparation for refuelling
Assist with the refuelling of the helicopter
Assist with the shutdown of the refuelling operation
