As of 01 January 2006, the Working Environment Act, section 3-5, requires employers to complete HSE training. This means that all company executives and managers with responsibility for personnel must have a fundamental understanding of the basic principles of systematic health, safety and environment work, and of the Working Environment Act itself. This course satisfies legislated requirements for HSE training for managers. Course Details
Course Content
There is a clearly documented positive relationship between a good working environment and profitable operations. After this course, you will be in a better position to understand the significance of HSE work both for the company and for the individual, and how you, as a manager, can work systematically to achieve good HSE results. Your motivation for working with HSE will be strengthened.

Do we need to change course? – Correct You will also learn about: - HSE laws and regulations - Challenges facing health/working environment, external environment and safety - Various tools and aids This is an e-learning course, but can also be offered with a supplementary classroom day.
