The Working Environment Act, section 3-5, obligates top executives to complete and document HSE training.  The content and scope of this training is defined in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s guide, “Employer’s obligation to complete HSE training”.

The E-learning course satisfies the requirements stipulated in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s guide. The object of the course is to provide an introduction to systematic health, safety, and environment work, as well as the Working Environment Act.
