Mintra Enters a Framework Agreement with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency places continuous focus on improving work processes to achieve cost effective estate and property administration.  Naturally, ICT is an important tool at every stage of production and administration.


The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency aims to use e-learning to offer their employees an improved training programme.  All e-learning will be administrated through Mintra’s Learning Management System – Trainingportal.

About the Framework Agreement
Mintra has entered a 3 year framework agreement to deliver comprehensive e-learning services to the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency.  The agreement comprises:

  • Trainingportal – Learning Management System
  • Mintra Publisher – Authoring tool for developing e-learning courses
  • Access to 3rd party e-learning courses
  • Consultant services including educational consulting and developing e-learning courses

About the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency
