Save the Children is a volunteer, member driven, children’s rights organization that is non-party and religiously neutral.  Save the Children’s values build on the UN’s Convention on the Rights of the Child and Declaration of Human Rights.

In poverty-stricken countries, ravaged by war, four of ten children have no opportunity to go to school.  For these children, the future is hopeless, with no opportunities and no chance for development.  Save the Children’s largest international program ever will provide schooling for millions of children stricken by war and conflict.

Save the Children aims to provide schooling for 8 million children by 2010 and influence the international community to do more to provide an education for the millions of children who do not have the opportunity to go to school today.  Education can break the deadly cycle of poverty and conflict.

Mintra’s vision is:  Enriching people through knowledge.  Based on our vision, Mintra has entered an official collaboration with Save the Children.
