
It is an international requirement that persons operating maritime VHF radio equipment hold a certificate indicating they possess the requisite knowledge to use this service. To aquire this knowledge, it is recommended that you take a course. The e-learning course "Basic VHF Radio Training provides you with the necessary understanding and competence.
You can complete this course at home or at a Falck Nutec course centre. The written exam, which consists of 35 multiple choice questions, must be completed at one of Falck Nutec's offices. When you pass the exam, you will receive a SRC/VHF certificate.
