IWCF certification is mandatory for all drilling and well service personnel, and the certificate must be updated every other year. This course provides candidates with the knowledge the need to pass the IWCF exam.
The object of this course is to help candidates successfully acquire an IWCF certificate. The exam must be ordered separately, from Aker Well Intervention Academy. The course contains a test that has a workload equivalent to the exam.
Target Group:
Students of petroleum technology, operators, drilling and well managers, engineers, and wireline supervisors.
Duration:
Approx. 12 hours
Prerequisites:
Completed upper secondary education or have equivalent competence. Practical experience is an advantage, but not required.
Final Assessment:
Web-bases final test equivalent to the exam for the IWCF certificate.
