The interactive e-learning program, “Downhole Mechanisms and Operational Practice”, can be used both as a job-support tool/reference work and as an e-learning course for good downhole practices. The object of the learning program is to increase knowledge and competence for personnel involved in downhole operations, and to develop positive attitudes toward following best practices, so we can reduce/avoid unwanted incidents related to drilling and downhole operations, including technical sidetracks.
