I 2003 innførte Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI) saksbehandlingssystemet ”Databehandling for Utlendingsforvaltningen” (DUF). Hensikten med DUF var å effektivisere hele saksbehandlingsprosessen fra A til Å. For å lykkes med dette var opplæring en kritisk faktor.

- Jeg husker godt da stillingen i DUF prosjektet ble utlyst, forteller Evy Ihlen. På den tiden arbeidet jeg som saksbehandler i UDI, og jeg ønsket nye utfordringer. Jeg grep sjansen og søkte på stillingen.

In recent years, there has been an increase in focus on, and requirements for, workplace risk assessments.  There have been stories in the media linking exposure (effect) in the workplace to various health issues, and we have seen that access to information and workplace mapping haven’t satisfied our information needs.

April 29, 2008, Mintra arranged a successful breakfast seminar for customers and collaboration partners. The focus of the breakfast seminar was information security and ethics, and more than 50 guests participated actively in the debate along with the presenters and organisers.

Every year, StatoilHydro awards the chief executive’s prize for health, safety and environment.  The prize for 2007 was awarded to an interdisciplinary group working to help operational personnel raise their competence on well barriers and downhole equipment.
