Nosefo - A Norwegian Safety Center has signed an agreement that gives the company the opportunity to provide the e-learning Course - Fire Preventing During Hot Work. Course participants can order the course through Nosefo - at the same price as through Mintra.
Through this course, those performing hot work will learn what precautions to take to prevent fires, as well as how to quickly extinguish any potential fires. After completing the course, participants are issued a certificate from the Norwegian Fire Prevention Association.

The PSA has adopted a set of main priorities for 2010 where action will have the biggest impact and which call for special attention. These focus on management, technical and operational barriers, preventing environmental harm and groups particularly exposed to risk.
The E-learning Course "the External Environment" supports the PSA priority area preventing environmental harm and groups particularly exposed to risk.
Section 7 of the “Safety Regulations for Work and Operation of Electrical Equipment and Installations” (FSE) sets requirements for FSE training for relevant personnel.
During the spring of 2010, Mintra will be launching six different FSE courses:
“Now that HSE data sheets have been replaced by REACH safety data sheets, Mintra has conducted a comprehensive update of the e-learning course, ‘HSE Chemical Course’.
